Under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case, IQ-D-SAG, the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MOD) has requirements for design and construction of eleven (11) new facility buildings including; new F-16 Facility Standard Design site adaptation facility buildings, and associated utilities and infrastructure for Iraq Air Force (IQAF) located on Balad Air Base (AB) in the Salah ad Din Province, Iraq. This design build project consists of new facilities and infrastructure for the Iraq Air Force in order to support their newly acquired F-16 aircraft. Contractor shall construct the new facilities and associated infrastructure. All facilities shall be constructed in accordance with all applicable building codes and internationally recognized standards.
